Small Business Website (Rosie’s Sidekick)
It was really just half-way done. On the outside the Rosie’s Sidekick Sandwich Shop website was “just great,” but for the owner of the shop, Freddy, the site just seemed to be underperforming. And when we jumped onto the backend of the WordPress site it all became crystal clear. It was, indeed, just half done. Poor keywording and SEO. Photos without alternate text. No connection to Google My Business. Sloppy code.
The job was to take a nice-looking but broken website and bring it into prime time so it could start producing leads, business, revenue.

My education started at The University of Michigan (BA) and continued at The University of Notre Dame (MBA Marketing). I have worked on major mass-market brands at Leo Burnett Advertising and Tracy Locke (McDonald’s, Kraft, Pepsi), and then helped build and sell a company called Screenvision.
